All staff was nice and welcoming the only issue with the room 403 or 401 don't really remember the room # is that the TV is in front of the restroom from the bed. It was the opposite side. So had a hard time watching tv.

There was no lotion in the room and they took forever to bring it. When we called the second time they were rude.
