Thw walls are paper thin..we could hear the neighbors almost all. through the night till 2 - 3 am. The carpets are in dire need of repalcement. They are dirty. The service staff is amazing and they make a lot of effort to overcome the infra limitations to make the guests stay pleasant Also, can you please put up a better breakfast?

The property outside the building was very trashy. There was garbage everywhere and the dog waste retainers where overflowing with garbage. Our room was gross too. The carpet had rips and was stained everywhere. There was gum stuck to the wall and there was only one small trash receptacle in the room. I will not stay at a Hampton Inn and Suite again because it was so trashy. I also notice guests smoking Marijuana in the rooms smelling it as I walked down the main hallways.
