Beachfront two stories property, private access to the beach, private pool, very quiet neighborhood, 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, AC in all the bedrooms and the den, wich has a dining table and living room as well. Very equipped kitchen. Next to the town of San Carlos where you can find somethings and go to church, very near to Coronado, where you can go to the doctor, the beauty parlor or shopping! Inside El Palmar, walking distance, you can find two restaurants, especially The Manglar Lodge where a lot of expats go on weekends. El Palmar also has two surf schools in case you want to try it.
