Hotel muy bonito en excelentes condiciones. Tiene un concepto rústico pero moderno. Está a las afueras de la ciudad, lo cual yo pienso que está bien porque no hay problemas por estacionamiento y espacio como lo es en el centro de san Cristóbal. Recepción 24 horas pero recomiendo que mantengan comunicación con el hotel para coordinar llegadas y salidas. La comunicación con el hotel es excelente, y respondieron todas nuestras dudas. El hotel cuenta con plancha para la ropa, lo cual es muy conveniente. Las reglas del hotel si son estrictas, por lo cual recomiendo que sigan las indicaciones proporcionadas. Nos la pasamos muy cómodo. Gracias!

Good value

We were comfortable there, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. We had a car so it was no problem to get to the center of town in 10 minutes. The first room was a little claustrophobic like a cave. The sevond stay the room was a little larger and the bathroom was better. Overall it was a good stay and a good value

Our stay at Hotel Na’Lum was excellent! The hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The bedding was also very comfortable and plenty of hot water for our group of 5. The hotel is decorated nicely and is cozy.

Faltaban 2 horas para nuestra salida y la mujer de recepción nos estaba apresurando y presionando con que nuestra salida debía ser 12 en punto o nos cobrarían extras, eso lo hizo 2 veces más cuando aún faltaba más de 30 mns para salir. La verdad fue de mal gusto y fastidioso. Aparte ese día solo había en el menú opciones con huevo.

Muy bonita la experiencia pero hubo un pequeño incidente que me pareció excesivo ya que se mancharon las sábanas con maquillaje y me las cobraron como nuevas y considero que se debió de pagar la lavandería a excepción de eso todo estuvo bien

Excelente lugar a las afueras de San Cristobal, es ideal si vas a viajar a las afueras de San Cristobal para evitar el tráfico del centro. Las instalaciones son bastante limpias y cómodas, el desayuno que puedes comprar ahí támbien es muy bueno. Altamente recomendable

Muy agradable la estancia, solo falta un poco más de comunicación del personal que brinda el servicio hacia el cliente, mencionar los servicios que ofrece el hotel, ejemplo: desayunos, comidas, servicio de taxis, transporte, etc, me gustaría el hotel contará con un cartel de los puntos turísticos qué uno puede visitar en los alrededores, ya existe el Internet, pero considero que seria bueno, por lo demás la estancia es muy grata, volvería a hospedarme SI
