This hotel is located one block from one of the main “andadores” roads of the city and less than two blocks from the main plaza. Everything is close within walking distance. The area is very safe. The hotel has a lot of history and is unique. It’s architecture is very beautiful. The only thing we didn't like is that it is not quiet, one of the two nights we stayed, the other guests were very noisy.

Everything is walkable from this hotel. So many dining options. The property was clean, spacious, and super cute. The restaurant was really good too! The staff was very nice!

This is a wonderful hotel. I booked the best room which is an addition to the (100 years or so) old hotel and has a huge terrace with a view of the mountains, sunset and a church, sunny all day. I am sure the smaller rooms are also wonderful (and very affordable) but I have not seen them. There is a tropical garden in the middle, very beautiful.

The location is great few step from the corredor areas tourist locations. Coffee shop next door and a restaurant in the hotel the prices are high but I went to restaurant called “El Sazon Que me toquen” delicious and convenient. The lobby is really beautiful, the room ok basic it needs remodel, a lot noise because the traffic is right in front of the hotel. My only complaint is the noise and the pillows. Made of cheap cotton and high. Other than that for the price and location is not bad. One of the best hotels that I was is “Bo Hotel” check it out. Not much to do in Chiapas I would go back.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of San Cristóbal. The staff were friendly and the place was spotless with great food. The evening street noise was a bit excessive in my first room but I was allowed to move to an interior room that was much better. There was also a problem with the internet that was not resolved during my stay of 6 days.
