A nice, odd little hotel.

I drove up to this place, I missed the driveway two or three times. Parking is somewhat restricted. From the outside, this looks like a really bad motel/hotel combination. However, once you get inside, it was actually pretty nice. Don’t let the initial look deceive you. I would come back here again.

Staff was HORRIBLE!! They're not customer service friendly at all!! Room rate was so-so. No amenities whatsoever. Limited plugs in the room. No stopper in bathroom sink for shaving. Lighting also very poor in room overall. Bed was okay if you like it hard, but pillows were absolutely HORRIBLE!! No hangers in the closet area. No iron/ironing board. TV channels were very limited. Mirror in bathroom were hung for short people!! The 2 best things about the room: Decent shower head & good AC!! No breakfast offerings of any type except coffee. Ironically, I use to manage this property from 1980-1985 under a different Owner as a much younger man. It was a lot different back then. The current Owners are from India (last name probably Patel) & as most of the properties that they buy, they put next to no money into improvements/service or amenities. They could pretty much care less about the customers who pay them money!! Nothing but the facts...

The mattress was old and worn. the towels felt rough and looked stained. For the price, it's what is expected. So, If you want a nice, newer place, this isn't it. If you need an inexpensive room...this place will do. Parking is difficult.

The room was great, the people who helped us were also good. But there were problem with the shower, it only had really hot water so it was a little bit uncomfortable to shower especially our kid.

The security of the hotel is horrible. There is only the one lock on the door, not latch lock or anything. My room door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. When I expressed my concern about the locks, I was told the one lock should be enough
