They put Expedia users in the worst rooms. Mine was 401 next to elevators and you could hear the elevator all night long come roaring by. It wasn’t soft it was loud

The property itself was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. However, the room was smaller than expect, towels were rough and the bathroom set up was terrible. They offer valet parking (overnight stay) for $65, but you can park a few blocks down for $25/night.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant! The restaurants and bar were also great! The downtown area leaves a lot to be desired but that isn’t the hotel’s responsibility. We had a great experience!
