This was my experience and you can decide for yourself. It states on the site that "Garage Parking Available. Enjoy the convenience of garage parking". We showed up and it was not in a very good area of town. We picked the place because of the garage parking and when I read the instructions to check in there was no information regarding parking. I messaged the host and the response was, I did not register you for parking because I did not get a response. To my surprise there was a message the day before asking about parking. I was surprised. Why put on the site that there is parking and then not just offer it? So because I missed a message I had to pay an extra fee for parking. Then there was the back and forth on what payment site we could use to get the money paid for the garage. There is only 30 minutes parking on the street until after 6 pm. Why would I not want garage parking? And in that area? After an hour we got checked in. We learned some rooms are on one side of the garage and some on the other. When you check out you need to use the parking transponder to get out. Find a place to park on the street, then run the transponder and the room fob back up to the room and and lock box and then free to leave. So my advice is when you book, send a message to the host saying you want to park in the garage right away. It is not automatic. Light rail runs right outside the room. The room is very cute and clean.
