I’d like to give a shoutout to Chanel for making sure that I was taken care of and within a very timely manner. I was able to get checked early which was such a plus and the whole staff was friendly and approachable. The lighting in the room was a bit underwhelming but I loved my stay overall!

Standard 2 queen room, there was no walk path to the bathroom had to squeeze around the bed to get to the bathroom. Same for the patio door, had to crawl over the bed to get to and through the patio door. I am 4' 10" q06 pounds. Space was not suitable for 2 beds. TV in the room was not working. No close open options to eat for those who have late airport arrivals. Gardener was leaf blowing leaves on my patio right near where I was sleeping at 7 am.

Check in with Chanel was very easy and friendly. We arrived a little before the stated time, and she was able to find us a room. Downside, a very "Not our kind of music was performing one of our nights...lots of prep and noise in setting up. We were delighted we could close the hall door which helped buffer the noise!

Humphreys could do better

Props for the pool and hot tub and the bartender, Sierra, was great. Property and vegetation is beautiful. Even the restaurant staff were great. Location is good. Ding the front desk folks-in general they were not "welcoming" or empathetic to our needs. I like to go to a hotel where the folks are pleasant and engaging. Not the case at Humphreys (and it wasn't that busy when we arrived). We had the "do not disturb" on our door and had the cleaning people knocked on our door multiple times. I had to walk out and ask if she understood that we didn't want to be disturbed. My Husband and I were there to relax and this was annoying. We have stayed here multiple times in the past and have not really experienced the lack of empathy at the front desk. (Our flight got cancelled the night before we arrived and missed a nights stay-no comment or sorry you didn't make it, etc.) The kicker was we had a late flight and I asked for late checkout and they told men"no" due to it being a concert night and full. Seriously, we had been there 5 nights already, could have given us the courtesy of a late check out. Or been nice about it and told us-sorry our policy is...but you can always leave your bags with us and we will give you a key to hang at the pool while you wait. Almost like I was bothering her by asking. Also-cleanliness of the room was a little suspect, refrigerator had mold in the space it was being housed in. A little gross for the amount one pays a night to stay here.

Im not sure how this place has amazing reviews. The room was musty, dirty lookkng and smelled like cigarettes the minute we walked in. We always check beds when we stay, we smelled the pillos and one pillow smelled like heavy perfume. When we told the gentleman at the front desk he was kind and got us the pillows swapped. This morning we are getting up to leave we see a giant roach in the bathroom. At check-out we let the front desk clerk know about the roach, she didn't seems surprised or apologetic, she just said they will let house keeping know. Will not stay here or recommend this place at all. Our 1 night stay was over $150.

The room was very nice. Had a great little patio. There is a great swimming pool. They have concerts on the premises a Grand Funk Railroad was there when I stayed. I spent 3 nights and it was wonderful.
