They Charged full amount of room upon checked as well as a large holding fee. Also they were suppose to change to a different credit card which was verbally discussed and they still charged full amount on the wrong card. They then corrected it but stated must wait 7-10days. Then upon charging the correct credit card they attempted to charge more than once and said declined. Upon checking online myself I was able to show them their mistake. All they did was say sorry. Some of the funds could have been used for my trip but due to their mistake we had to wait on a correction. Awful experience, they need to slow down and listen to their customer and pay better attention to what they are doing. Mind you this was a lead party assisting us. Bathtub was peeling water was draining slow. Terrible lighting. No light over closet or entry way or over wardrobe mirror. Also entry door seemed to be backwards. Had to close Bathroom door in order to open front door.

Home base for new career job located walking distance away. Really like the carpet floors for longer stay as easier on my feet lol. Nice property with pool in central courtyard. Has a boutique hotel feel and everyone is super friendly! Keep rebooking week after week..

Really nice spot close to the freeway and walkable to Old Town. We had a room facing the 5 entrance, but it was surprisingly not too loud. Pool in the courtyard is really nice for relaxing.

Place smells, had to change rooms. The toliet backed up and they bought us up a plungwr to do it ourselves. We asked for the toom to be cleaned. They didn't. It smelled awful. They did switch our rooms after we asked.

although Property was very clean, we had a problem with our Bathroom zinc, clogged up, and the blinds and shower curtains in the room were in very bad shaped and had a little disagreement with the lady at the front desk regarding whether or not there was someone coming to fix the zinc, other than that it was a good stay

I enjoyed staying at this Comfort Inn. It felt safe, the bed was very comfortable, everything in the room worked properly, and the staff were polite. Their free hot breakfast was scrambled eggs (not fresh) and little flavorful sausages. It was edible. And a variety of muffins, waffle makings, etc. which I didn’t eat. They had apples and bananas too. The facility was very clean and tidy. No room cleaning offered. They will fetch things you need for you. I would recommend it for an economical and comfortable place to stay.
