Room- it was the worst room I have ever stayed in. 1.) the curtains were broken 2.) there was dried food and pills under the bed 3.) the handle on the toilet was so hard to push down 4.) the bathroom ceiling had so many cracks 5.) the towels smelled awful 6.) the tv did not work (volume)

They charged for parking. They charged for early check in we just needed to dump our luggage didn’t need to check in. My hair dryer didn’t work. The tub pooled when you showered and washed your hair. No warning how noisy it was. At least in SanFran they supplied earplugs and were honest. I won’t stay here again. The only good thing was it was close to old town and the airport.

An exceptionally clean, well maintained small hotel within walking distance of the old Town (local restaurants and Shops). The General Manager, Brian, and staff do an excellent job of serving as hosts.

The staff was exceptional. Great customer service from Wendy and Gabriel. However the room needs some updating. Lighting was almost nonexistent. There was only one small table the room and the light in the bathroom . I literally had to use a flashlight to see some of the things in the room at night.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. I asked for a quiet room and was put on the 3rd floor away from the highway. That part was good and quiet. However, the AC made a constant clicking noise that was infuriating. It didn't stop after getting the room cool, so I turned it off to sleep. I could and should have asked for a different room, but it was late and would have been a hassle. Unfortunately, the room temperature increased during the night and it kept me awake for half the night but was fine for my husband. The room was clean except for the long black hair left in the bath tub. Neither my husband or I have hair longer than 2" and we both have grey hair. Staff was very courteous and helpful on check in. On check out, they assured me they'd have the AC fixed for the next guest. Breakfast was as expected at this price point. I liked the basement parking, but it does have low clearance in case your vehicle is tall. I'll probably stay elsewhere next time.
