The property itself was nice. The rooms were older and we had an issue with our hot water. The staff looked at it quickly and helped improve the hot water but the faucet continued to leak and drip continuously which was annoying. The door to the bathroom was a slider and very hard to open/close. Required both hands and full body strength.

Stayed 4 days. Maid service would make beds but not vacuum or leave any toilet paper. $25 parking per night in an uncovered and unsecured parking lot. That was odd. Staff wasn’t too friendly. Pool and outside patio were beautiful! Pool was heated. Only 1 set of elevators so it was just easier to take the stairs.o love the Doubletree, but would not recommend this one.

Sneaky parking fees but it was a nice and clean pl

Front desk folks are great, housekeeping didn’t refresh rooms daily, I had to notify the front desk to get some daily things renewed. I did not appreciate the $25 a day parking fee or internet charge. This was not info I had ahead of time. It would have likely changed my mind about staying here if I knew
