It was ok. Pool definitely a highlight of the property. Located in what looks like a business park area so nothing really around but there is a mall around 5 min drive away. Staff were ok. Room has nothing in it other than fridge so no coffee machine, you pay for water etc. Parking is expensive at $28 a night for the location. Overall an average experience

I wanted to especially thank Larissa at front desk. She has been nothing but wonderful our entire stay. She’s been helpful in every aspect. The hotel charges $28/night for self-parking, which, even for the area is frankly ridiculous. Additionally, this charge was not disclosed until the night before our stay, meaning that we had no time to find an additional hotel and our date for a refund had passed. The staff were incredible, the hotel was very clean and nice. However, our stay was significantly more expensive than we anticipated due to the parking fee.

Great staff and free cookies. The hot tub is maybe 99 degrees. A few lights outside were down and broken. No coffee or microwave in rooms. Coffee is $2.50 each. Our door lock took 2-4 times to open and the AC in room worked but readout temp was off 10 degrees. Parking is $28 per night. So with all extra fees the overall place was not an upgrade so not worth the money.

Staff was very friendly. Room was relatively clean, but the floor was dirty and the tops of furniture were sticky. The door didn’t close properly and made a lot of noise. You could hear all the commotion from outside. Parking was easy but did cost $28 per night. Don’t forget to get your breakfast vouchers when you check in. The pool area was nice too. Not too many things to eat around the hotel. You are in a very commercial area.
