We were very happy with the location, close to Little Italy and attractions. They served a lovely breakfast for 10$ The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the lady serving breakfast was the best , very sweet lady . Our room was clean and quiet. We also were able to check-in early as we arrived by cruise ship early in the morning .

Very nice room. Staff were very helpful. Should not advertise as having restaurant and bar. There is very limited food choices. There was alcohol on a table but never saw a bartender and there was no signage. There is a homeless camp outside the hotel but we never felt unsafe. It is a great location that allows you to walk everywhere easily. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

You get what you paid

No microwave in the room and there is no microwave available at the lobby as it's on the progress of renovation. The bay view room has no bay view outside of the window. Noises outside as the highway nearby. I lived at 7 floor and the water pressure is not enough, can't imagine how hard is the higher level people using water. Extra cost for breakfast and parking but the price is competitive if you don't need them. The location is wonderful and the room is clean. If you are just looking for a safe and convince place for sleeping, it's ok.

Booked a 1 night stay with this hotel, I paid for a king size bed room and instead was given a full size bed room . Went to the front desk to ask for my king size Room and I was told they were sold out of those rooms. Tried to get some type of money back and front desk person told me there’s nothing that they can do. The toilet was also not working and was told they would look at it and they never came . The shower also didn’t have hot water. And if planning on going on the weekend they charge $55 for valet with no self parking option available. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel .

Very nice,quiet inside, large food TV. They held my bags for several hours while we were at the zoo.

Everything is awesome other than parking; they have some weird deal where the hotel appears to have a third party running their valet and they are extremely explicit about “not being connected” to each other.

Close to Little Italy. Restaurant in hotel had Few options and food not great. Front desk very helpful Shower curtain terrible. Didn't keep water on tub. Water all over floor. Very dangerous getting out

Not worth staying.

Terrible sulfur smell in the hallways. Dim lighting in the room and bathroom. No wash cloths in the room. $50 for valet parking.
