This property is full of scams. Expensive car parking at $50 per night , no breakfast included, worst outdoor pool, 3ft to 8ft with-in few ft. not safe for kids, no proper hot water in the shower….just fake or photoshop picture of hotel in website, avoid , avoid

Front desk said it depended on third party to provide refund and turns out the hotel told Expedia they denied my refund. I was willing to pay for one night even though I was not staying there. The lobby looked like there was construction taking place. As soon as I got there, the rooms didn’t feel secure, they didn’t have latches on door in your room. They said because I had a room change they would charge me for the four night stay. I was only there for an hour and left. The curtains had holes and looked dirty and old like a motel. All you could hear was the freeway. Noise was loud even in the 16th floor. The ventilation in the room was poor like you couldn’t breathe. There’s only two elevators for the whole hotel and one was stuck on the 16th floor. Wouldn’t recommend and really unfortunate that they took my money and I didn’t even stay there long. Not accommodating and as a solo travel safety is my number one concern.

I was BEYOND impressed. They offer valet, the hotel felt very safe, the management and staff were extremely helpful, professional and nice. It is right outside of the heart of downtown- close to everything!! I WILL be staying here again!

The staff here was great, and they even upgraded the room for me. Parking is easy and they have a valet out front. It’s right off the freeway, but still quiet, and it’s within walking distance to everything you’d want to see in Little Italy.

I highly recommend The Dextro Hotel! To be honest, I didn’t expect it to be this good, but it exceeded my expectations. I originally booked for three nights but ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much. The location is quite convenient—just 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from major tourist attractions in downtown. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it an excellent place to stay. At first, I was assigned a room on the second floor, but I could hear noise from outside, especially from the driveway. I went to the front desk to request a quieter room, and they accommodated me right away. The staff was quick, attentive, and eager to ensure my satisfaction. Special thanks to Paul, Ryan, and the other receptionist (an African American left-handed gentleman—sorry, I forgot his name!). They were incredibly friendly and caring, and I truly appreciate their efforts. I don’t want their kindness to go unrecognized! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
