Nice solid room, nice shower, pleasant staff in an older but well keep hotel. Know there’s no onsite bar or dinning but that you’re downtown, steps from things.

Location is close to Gaslamp district howvever seapoint village was cleaner and had nice restaurants and shops. The conference centre is a nice 15 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel manager Amy turned our stay around by listening issue with the AC and the fluff coming from it.We moved to a cleaner room and all was well.Housekeeping did a really good job daily cleaning and Amy really made our stay enjoyable. We would go back.

The hotel is located at a noisy intersection in a downtown area that is past its prime. The staff was indifferent. The room was small though it had been seen recent updating.

Fantastic location. It is just 10 mins walk to 5th avenue, 15 mins walk to the Portside pier, and the same distance to Little Italy.

We stayed on the 7th floor in one of the remodeled rooms and it was stunning! So clean. LOVED the nepresso maker. So tastefully decorated. We had a room with 2 beds and it was a bit small compared to other hotels but it was perfect for us, as we didn’t spend much time there anyway. Location was PERFECT! Walked everywhere. We even walked to Balboa Park (did 10 miles that day!). The bus stop to take us to airport was just a block away and so clean and convenient. Drink stations were handy and staff friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again!!
