They don’t provide shampoo in the room nor a hair dryer. You literally have to go to the front desk and get a hair dryer and shampoo. The ceiling fan in the bathroom did not work. So the mirror fogged up quickly. Lastly when I called to confirm my reservation the guys asks me my name I gave him my first and last name. He says that does not match. My last name matched but he was being a Dick because I said Donald instead of Don. This is unacceptable. I clearly gave him my last name which is Italian and I doubt this Motel of 50 some rooms has the same name. I’m short no customer service at all.

Not enough towels, didn’t even provide 1 towel per guest and when I asked to get enough I was told they didn’t have anymore. Room wasn’t cleaned at all throughout our stay and towels were never refreshed. Perhaps if they washed them then they would have enough to give out.

Ugly room, but close to the airport. I wouldn’t stay there for more than 12 hours. At check-in they asked me for a $60 deposit and never returned it, which is the same amount I paid for one night. In other words, I spent $120 on the worst hotel in the area. I do not recommend it.
