Loved having the full size fridge and kitchenette to make our own lunches. The living room area is separate from the bedrooms which is nice. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, sheets were soft and crisp and clean. Blackout curtains were perfect as it can get very bright. Bath towels were soft and cozy. Bathroom large and clean. Older building so there was some visible general wear in the elevators and main entrance areas but rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and nice. Check in took a while as rooms were not ready when we arrived. Very convenient, walkable to Costco and shopping stores and some restaurants. Kids loved the basketball court and pool. We had a lovely stay!

When we come to check in, our room wasn't ready. According with the front desk receptionist all the rooms were durty. She seems rude to everyone. I know thay she was under a lot of stress but it wasn't our fault that the rooms weren't ready. I was disappointed on how she was handling the situation.

Sonesta ES Suites was a comfortable stay in a safe area with many restaurants and a Costco nearby. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. It has fallen since we last stayed there many years ago when it was a Staybridge Suites. The property was not well maintained, rooms were not serviced, hallways were covered with peoples sheets and towels, floors were not vacuumed/cleaned regularly. We skipped breakfast after trying it as it was not worth the calories. A first for us. We to remind the clerk that parking was approved as a non-charge at checkout. The experience could be improved by their management team but it looked like expectations have been established.

Not the best place to stay on your vacation.

No where to park your car when checking in. No room for Morning breakfast. Selection is not that great. Access and exits are questionable if there was a fire.

Hair was on my towels in the bathroom which were nicely folded. Hair was also on the pillows. Had issues with the toilet then it eventually flooded the bedroom. Informed management, she told she had no other rooms and could not give me a refund for 1 night. It was booked 3rd party. I assumed she wanted me and my 3 kids to stay on the streets. No resolution.
