We had no issues checking in and the property was clean and well decorated.We really enjoyed it and will be booking again! The management company is easy to contact and provides immediate responses. The unit was spacious and worked perfectly for our needs. The only issue we had at all is some outside people (non unit renters) tired to use the jacuzzi but it wasn't a big deal and I can honestly say that was the ONLY issue!

Lying in the master bed watching the Pacific Ocean waves while the fireplace was going is gonna be hard to beat! The hot tub is deep, hot and the jets are strong. Sitting in this while also hearing and watching the waves was special. Clean and quiet complex ideal for 1-3 guests. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in until checkout, everything was absolute perfection. There was calming music playing as we arrived to a spotless, exactly as pictured, condo. The windows were all open and the breeze was wafting through, which felt so welcoming and lovely. We could not have done better if we tried. My husband and I spent 6 relaxing days at your wonderful condo and cannot wait to return. We kept joking about trying to find things to complain about because there literally was nothing wrong with the place. We wish we could buy it and live there forever! Well done. It made for a fabulous trip and lasting memories.

Amazing location. Beautiful sunsets. Mission beach has a lot of walk ability with coffee (Funky Lemon is amazing), restaurants and family activities. The condo size was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 3, 6 and 7). The bunk room was great. The main bedrooms bathroom is open to the bedroom which was a surprise but also we didnt mind it. The front door is glass which also surprised us but it’s not unusual to see a lot of glass doors and windows in the area!

Wonderful location and well thought out floor plan to allow for the maximum capacity in the house. Right next to the water, the jacuzzi was amazing. We enjoyed our stay!

Access & views!! This condo was clean & well equipped. The primary bedroom was a dream—comfortable bed, quiet, and beautifully set up. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all beach essentials were thoughtfully provided. Beach access was incredibly convenient, making trips to the sand quick and effortless. We had spectacular time and the property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, beautiful views, and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. The location was incredible— on the beach and with a less than 10-minute walk to restaurants, Belmont Park, stores and more. We are a family of four and loved our stay. The ocean view was breath taking. At night, you can hear the ocean waves from your bedroom.I was able to check in early per management. The place was very clean.I would definitely go back and stay in the same place.

Great beach getaway

We had a great week at the Surside condo. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and true to the pictures. Check-in was easy, and response to questions was quick. The location was great - right on Mission Beach with easy access to Belmont Park and downrown attractions. We'll definitely be back!
