Our stay was great overall. The best part is the location and its proximity to the beach. The apartment was good but definitely needed some upgrades. Clear ocean view which was wonderful. Unfortunately, the property is surrounded by bars whose patrons make tons of noise all hours of the night and early mornings so a couple of sleepless nights. Homeless camps and students drinking and getting high on beach and boardwalk. All that said, I would definitely return if I could at least choose a preferred floor or wing but ‘no guarantees’.

Great place to stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is amazing with direct beach access and lots of great restaurants nearby. They also have a big parking lot with security and a laundry facility. The room was comfortable, large and had a full kitchen. We loved our time there and plan to go again! There are several bars nearby where you might get some noise from in the evenings, but that's not the hotel's fault in any way.

You need to open sliding door to cool room. Room is over walkway that goes from a bar to the beach. We had people smoking weed below uscausing us to need to close door. Ex esive noise tk 3:30 in morning on Friday night from drunk people shouting below us on sidewalk. Lots of homeless people next to botel . They do have a security guard for parking lot, but its bad that they need one. Staff was nice but area is poor.
