We stayed one night due to a canceled connecting flight. The hotel was chosen in large part because it advertised an airport shuttle service, however the shuttle was unable to pick us up from the airport nor shop us off. They apparently would serve their customers better if they had a bigger van. Also, breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 which isn’t helpful for people with early flights.

It took 7 days to get clean sheets. We were told every 4 days. They day the housekeeping came, we told them 10 minutes (we were just packing up for the day) they never came back. Three days later they were changed, a total of 7 days. It was another 5 days, no clean sheets again. We finally checked out to another hotel.

On nous a remis 2 cartes pour notre chambre. Quelle fut notre surprise de constater en ouvrant la porte que la chambre était occupée par quelqu’un d’autres. Tapis des corridors et des ascenseurs très sales.

No housekeeping, was provided, Pillows so uncomfortable, the noise all day of airplanes taking off( that was my fault for choosing this area) really did help in having a good rest or sleep. Had an issue with the T.V. since first night someone from reception came thought it was the remote but also couldn't fix the problem. The Complimentary Breakfast served was well below mediocre, they didn't have no coffee, and the OJ was also bad tasting. On the positive side The 2 Queen suite/ room we booked was of good space with a kitchen/fridge which was great. I loved the water pressure of the shower it was really strong and kind of helped as a massage for the soreness I was feeling due to the uncomfy beds. The location is great very close to so many amenities that we were looking for. If you do decide to stay here I recommend bring some earplugs for the airport noise.

The motel was very nice and spacious and clean. We had a crawlingbug on the couch, they said it was a silverfishwhich I did not appreciate. We went at nine to get breakfast and it was all put away and we were told it was good till 930. Nice pool and would stay again probably
