Come stay in our trendy, newly-renovated first floor apartment in historic Mission Hills in San Diego. The unit features brand a top of the line kitchen & dining area, massive rainfall shower head & sahara tile feels like a 5 star resort. Large sliding glass doors in living area and pull out sofa for additional guests that comfortably sleeps four!
Only 5 minutes to Little Italy and the San Diego Airport & only 10 minutes to Pacific and Mission Beach ~

Centrally located in San Diego, nestled between Little Italy and Old Town in Lower Mission Hills— just minutes away from the airport and downtown. Take advantage of the various outdoor spaces and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the San Diego Harbor and city skyline views just at the end of the street. Steps away from the famous Starlite Restaurant, voted one of San Diego's best restaurants, and The Aero Club, a local favorite for their extensive whiskey selection, pool tables and pinball.
With so many people working from home, we designed a designated work space for our guests, and installed a high-powered mesh-wifi network with 500+ mbps download speed - plenty to run Zoom calls, watch Netflix, play Spotify, and connect 50+ devices at the same time.
You'll love the way this home lives, with the living area to kitchen and a large sliding glass door that opens right up to views of the Hills and plenty of natural light for relaxing and entertainment. The unit is a perfect mix of old and new with the original saltillo spanish tile floors and beautiful updates that gives the perfect nod to the historic integrity of the neighborhood while maximizing the beauty of the space and finishes. The fully renovated kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a large farmhouse style sink with matte black hardware. The bathroom features a massive rainfall shower head in this modern shower with sahara tile. The space is also maximized with a couch that includes a fold out memory foam full bed / sleeper. In addition, there is a large backyard patio with plenty of chairs, umbrella, gas stainless-steel BBQ grill, firepit, and more.
