I’ve been really excited to stay at this hotel for the past 6 months. It had been on the top of my list due to location, bay views, and the reviews. I was somewhat disappointed though. The views were lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room felt dirty, the bed was really hard, the pillows were very uncomfortable, you couldn’t change the channel on the TV, the carpet sounded like plastic when you walked on it, and the sheets/bedding was very uncomfortable as well. For the price paid I would’ve thought I was getting far more quality than this. Wasn’t the worst place, but far from the best. I likely won’t stay again though.

Not My Favorite Stay

The hotel needs updating and a deep cleaning. The worst part were the bedspreads which were immediately removed and put on the floor. All of the stitching was pulled out and hanging in strings. The beds were old and not comfy. There was no controller for the tv. The room was not ready 1.5 hours after the supposed check in time. The view was nice. It was close to restaurants.

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff were very nice. The shuttle is reliable and the hotel has a complete shuttle schedule. Included breakfast was very good. The room did not have a single USB charging port. It would be nice if they could put in a charging hub. Not that difficult and it would make the hotel more attractive.

The response--sorry, but our unreliable shuttle service is not our problem, so no compensation for your inconvenience and expense. Wow, didn't expect that response. Met other hotel guests who reported same bad experience.
