the heater in the room when turned on was incredibly loud an obnoxious, called front desk to report at 530 pm maintenance came as i was leaving for an event at 6pm let him in and i left the room for event. came back at 11pm to find the heater was not fixed and no note or communication. room was really cold and heater could not be used very unhappy.

It was almost impossible to sleep. Whatever party happening in the ballroom was going strong til after 11 pm and despite having to sign an agreement not to have a party the room either next to us or above us was raging loudly until after 4 am. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Could barely understand the check in clerk due to accent Heater in room didn’t work. If not for neck Thermacare and my own heating pad and your extra blanket would never have gotten to sleep which is already challenging due to chronic pain. Used hot tub hot tub but not real hot. And there were kids

Easy check in at the front desk the desk staff were polite and friendly. We were very happy with the room with the king bed and wonderful view of the San Francisco Bay. We both enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. Bill & Dana

The room was freezing cold and thd heat never came on . They had to bring up a portable heater to warm it up a little. Disappointed I have stayed in other embassy suites and they were fine. Also empty cocktail glasses were left in the hallway from the time we checked in until after we left. Poor housekeeping standards. And the staff cleaned the rooms next to where the glasses were in the floor.
