Casa de Vigil Oceanfront at Punta Paraiso

Summary:

Look across San Pancho Beach and the Pacific from Casa de Vigil, an elevated two-bedroom property for four. The ocean-facing living room and King suite open to a private balcony for outdoor dining and sunsets; a Queen bedroom, full kitchen, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry complete the private space. Beyond it, shared amenities include gated beach access, a pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation area, and tropical gardens.



The Space:

Casa de Vigil pairs an elevated beachfront outlook with direct access to the sand. Large glass doors connect the living room to a private balcony overlooking San Pancho Beach, giving you an outdoor place to begin the morning, share dinner, or watch the light change across the Pacific.



Inside, the turtle mural brings some of San Pancho's coastal character into the open living area. A sofa and Smart TV offer a place to unwind, while the kitchen island keeps conversation flowing between the kitchen and living room.



The kitchen includes a glass cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, granite counters, cookware, dishes, and island seating for four. The balcony provides a second dining table for four and lounge seating facing the ocean.



Casa de Vigil accommodates up to four guests:



Primary bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, closet, balcony access, ocean outlook, and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower

Second bedroom: Queen bed and closet storage

Second bathroom: Glass-enclosed shower and vanity, located outside the second bedroom



Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, pool towels, and a beach umbrella are provided.



Punta Paraiso's shared amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, ping-pong area, tropical gardens, staffed security, and gated access to San Pancho Beach.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire property and its private balcony.



Punta Paraiso's pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation area, gardens, and gated beach access are shared community amenities. A keypad provides self-guided access to the property, while community security manages entry to Punta Paraiso.



Each registered guest receives a wristband at check-in. Only registered guests wearing Punta Paraiso wristbands may enter the community; outside visitors are not permitted.



The Neighborhood:

Punta Paraiso sits on San Pancho Beach, placing Casa de Vigil between the Pacific and the center of town. Walk along the sand, spend time by the pool, or head into San Pancho for cafes, restaurants, galleries, shops, and the town's community-centered arts scene.



San Pancho is smaller and quieter than neighboring Sayulita, but it remains an active coastal town. Beach activity, seasonal celebrations, music, and community events are part of the local experience.



Getting Around:

The beach and central San Pancho are accessible on foot from Punta Paraiso. One secure garage parking space is included for guests who choose to bring a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:

Occupancy and visitors

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests. Punta Paraiso does not permit outside visitors. Each guest must wear the wristband issued by community security at check-in.



Guest registration and property rules

For security and wristband authorization, the Punta Paraiso HOA requires a signed copy of its Property Rules and the full name of every member of the traveling party. Arrival Getaways sends the form through DocuSign for convenient completion. The completed form must be received by the HOA at least 48 hours before arrival so wristbands and property access can be authorized.



Parking

One space in Punta Paraiso's secure parking garage is included with the property.



Shared amenities

The pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation area, gardens, and beach access are shared with other Punta Paraiso residents and guests.



Community rules

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, pets, and diving or jumping into the pool are prohibited.



Beachfront setting

Ocean conditions, beach activity, and seasonal noise vary. Turtles, whales, dolphins, and other wildlife may be seen, but sightings cannot be guaranteed.
