Two (2) of the bedrooms include king size beds and the other bedroom has two (2) twin size beds. Two of the rooms have ocean view and private balcony. All rooms have private bathroom with shower, air conditioning (A/C), ceiling fans, T.V. (X1) Fully Equipped Kitchen with marble counters. Walking distance access to the private beach club, hotel boutique amenities. A five (5) minute walk to the beach from the condo. You will find pieces of art in the Villa: photography printed on wood. Hacienda San Pancho was built less than 5 years ago, as well as its hotel boutique. They are immersed in the green jungles of the town of San Pancho, Nayarit, where one can wake up with the singing of the birds and with the freshness of a pure and clean ecosystem. It has a cultural center which was dedicated for the promotion of culture and art. The cultural center provides a space with workshops and other artistic amenities like painting, sculpture, music, dance, etc. Usually, there's not many guest or people staying inside Hacienda San Pancho, therefore, your stay will be very pacific and tranquil. You can access the private beach club that Hacienda San Pancho provides for the residents of the villas. The private beach club has an infinity pool and it´s only about a minute beautiful stroll from the beach of San Pancho.

Sunrises and sunsets from the Villa, or beach club, are one of the most majestic views you will encounter in your stay at Hacienda San Pancho. You will also be able to see the pristine and full of wildlife river of San Pancho. It is a delight to watch the herons feast at the river.
