This hotel charge additional fees by guests stay in the room daily if anyone who is older than 2 years old. Very strange rule and not clear on booking. Plus the room is tiny but the shower has crazy low water pressure.

Clean room comfortable bed and the breakfast buffet were great. It’s the holiday so it’s very busy and noisy. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything and it distrusted our sleep. And the people upstairs were stumping their feet. Good thing we were only there for 1 night.

The room was spotless and the breakfast is excellent. However, accessing the hotel's internet is an unnecessary challenge. Actually, alll electronic or digital communications are inferior, e.g. the emails asking guests to pre-check in are worthless. These digiatal shortcommings mean a 3 star rating, rather than a 5 star.

The hotel is wonderful, with a great variety of food and beverages. The rooms are spacious and clean, the access is easy, and it’s located in a very central area. The staff is extremely friendly, and there is parking available.

The hotel staff specially restaurant staff is really really rude, they treat people like an animal. That was the worst woooorst experience I’ve ever had. I’m a pilot and one the important part of my job is staying in a different hotel all around the US and the world, I have a status with Hilton, Marriott and so on. I know the difference between bad, normal, ok, good or excellent, I can’t even put any name for Riu hotel, I’m so unsatisfied and it’s a total waste of money and waste of a good time to be there. I’ll stand for my money back.

Breakfast staff were very unprofessional and rude. Their manager (Salvador?) said that they have been doing it for many years and basically it’s what it is. They need to respect guests. Very unprofessional behaviors.

The breakfast menu was acceptable but the staff did not treat the guests respectfully when checking in for breakfast and collecting used dishes off the tables. The other draw back was that bottled water was not served in the hotel .
