Wonderful!

We arrived early so room was understandably not ready. Lawrence at the front desk helped us store our luggage and made recommendations for local brunch spots. He and the rest of the staff at front desk were so kind and helpful! This hotel was very clean, well kept and provided a very good continental breakfast. It was in a wonderful location as well for our wine tours. Just a wonderful experience!

This property was very convenient to Fisherman’s Ward and surround areas. We could walk to most places we wanted to go and could jump on a streetcar, bus or cable car very close to the hotel very easily if we wanted to. The only real issue we had was the sofa bed in the suite. It was uncomfortable (more uncomfortable than an average sleeper sofa) and was so squeaky. Every time my daughter moved it made a terrible sound.
