Another chair in a room that can accomodate 2 people should be a must. It's hard to move around the room because it's small and having only one chair makes it much more difficult.

Hotel needs updating specially the AC in the rooms. Each time the AC would start iy would make a very loud noise. Beds are very hard and unconfortable. service and Staff were great!

I really recommend this hotel! Our check-in was incredibly smooth, and the room was both clean and surprisingly spacious. The free breakfast was a perfect addition to our mornings. The location is unbeatable—the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. It’s a short stroll to the pier for shopping and dining, and also very close to North Beach. My only concern was that I didn’t see any visible stairways or signage for them. In the event of an emergency, I worry it would be difficult for guests to evacuate safely. Aside from that, I had no issues and would definitely stay here again!

Valet parking was easy to use. Check in was a small wait, but went smoothly. Staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Outside noise was minimal from the room and neighbors could not be heard at all. Very walkable to the wharf.
