After I had been in my room for 3 hours someone else used a key card and entered my room while I was in there. They left and the front desk called and asked several questions to ensure I was supposed to be here. Needless to say, I have concerns about the rooming process

We just speant 1 night between flights. It was comfortable. Great shower. Clean. We didnt have time to swim etc. There area bunch of food trucks outside serving a variety of foods which was a pleasant discovery as the area seems industrial and not the type of place to get local food.

Beautiful hotel. Good location but still need a car or uber for moving around Perfect. Only negative comment will be for the pool who’s very cold If I come back to San Jose, that will be on this hotel for sure
