The pictures are not accurate is in very bad condition and on the pictures looks very nice and clean. The ceiling are a bad condition and the shower is in a horrible condition. I would Not stay there not in good condition.

Horrible. No pudimos descansar, ni un solo minuto por el exagerado ruido que provoca la autopista, porque tiene una habitación al frente y fue cero de descanso, espantoso, además de qué las habitaciones eran viejas y tenían cucarachas.

I booked a shuttle with the hotel to pick me up from the airport however I stood at the curb for over an hour and a shuttle never came. I called the numbers they provided however both numbers were invalid. This forced me to pay expensive taxi fees to get to the hotel. In addition the room was run down with cracks in the shower. Also, I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast even though it was early in the morning and they had seating available. The courtyard and pool however were nice. The area around the hotel is not safe so I would recommend staying on the hotel property.

Very nice!

We only stayed one night before going to the airport. Everything was great! The food at the bar was very expensive though. We had soup, because it was the least expensive. It didn’t even come with a piece of bread. The soup was delicious though!

I didn’t take airport shuttle because arrived right after one left. I loved the quiet and comfortable facilities with cold drinks available for small feed in lobby . Hot shower always a huge relief after a long day of travel. Hot side towards you. Comfortable bed and pillow choices. Mini fridge was A Wonderful Thing To Have! Hard to find here. And the breakfast options super delicious. BesT pinTo gallo I’ve had yet! Eggs not super dry, cooked just right, flavorful rice, juices and fantastic coffee! Great customer service . Didn’t see elevators but that’s no problem for me!

This was a great stay the property is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating came for a birthday asked for a setup they went above and beyond.I do wish the wifi was a bit better but that was extremely minor. I would def come and stay here again.
