Very quiet and clean. The gentleman this morning at check out was awesome. The shuttle driver was a no show The man at the counter called for transport for my husband and I and another group of 3. The staff at check in kept using their voices with. I asked them to write. Maybe they can’t read? Also we ordered food and the staff did not know what to.do. The instructions and menu are in our room. When the food arrived, no one called our room to let us know.
