I got in after midnight after grueling flight and travel…there is nothing better than a Hilton bed when you really need to relax and recharge before the next adventure. Great central location in San Jose to catch your breath or enjoy a couple days in the mountains

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, the property, the hotel and especially the staff. However, we picked the hotel for the outside pool and this was being repaired, therefore no pool. We really wanted the outside to be able to chill as we had been travelling around Costa Rica, and this was picked for the pool, but the staff went over and above to set up loungers, a table and chairs which was amazing. But would have appreciated Expedia advising us of this beforehand.

When we checked in they told us the pool was not available due to maintenance. The steam room is also out of commission. From other reviews it appears the pool has been unavailable for over two months. We would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was not available. Room very dark and no USB ports
