Hello staff,
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay because it fell well below what I expected.
When I arrived there was no filtered water available to fill a bottle and none for purchase either. Even in Los Angeles, where everything is expensive, hotels always offer bottled water or filtered water stations. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that does not provide basic drinking water or expects guests to drink from the faucet. After traveling all day this was a very disappointing first impression.
The next morning I was woken up after only five hours of sleep by an extremely loud alarm connected to the in room, and caused by a hair dryer. It was loud enough to feel like a fire alarm going off. The staff on duty laughed it off with no apology. They only offered one complimentary water, which did not make up for the loss of rest or the shock of being woken that way.
The breakfast looked good at first glance, but everything I tried to eat was undercooked. The rice, the hash browns and even the baked items were not cooked properly and were inedible.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because this experience does not reflect the standard I expect from your brand. I would appreciate a follow up about the issues I experienced.
