Hotels with Free Breakfast in San Jose

When check-in is at 3pm and they have no rooms avaliable and unsure when clean rooms will be ready is ridiculous. Ice machines are broken, pool was undergoing maintenance. When I indicating I would be leaving, they made some calls and the pool became avaliable. No hot tub, even tho there is a picture on website. Front counter staff were young and non apologetic. This is NOT the hotel to book for a fun, relaxing day trip. This is a place for workers/fly in business type. Majority news channels, not updated to play Netflix or anything like that. Had to wipe down bathroom before using. Pretty disappointed for $290 plus parking. Will not return. Would recommend if you do not want anything other than a bed and breakfast.

Staff was friendly and ready to help. Room was affordable and clean. Continental breakfast was wonderful. The reason I could not rate a 5 star review was because of how difficult it was to find the actual parking garage/parking lot for this facility. The bed and the pillows in the rooms were horrible. My sleep there was not very restful because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were
