Nice property and rooms are spacious. Some people got complementary bottle of water at the the desk and I was charged $3 and the lobby and elevators were so cold, even when it was in the high 40s outside at night.

This was our second visit to the Hyatt SJ Airport and it will be our last. They now have a third party requiring paid parking whereas it was free two years ago. The rooms look rundown and barely cared for. The TV has very limited channels and no streaming options. The food is subpar, and the service at the desk was terrible. The desk agent seemed like he didn't want to be bothered to check us in. We travel to SJ at least twice a year to see family, but we will use other hotels in the future.
