Sheraton, San Jose Review

Our stay was excellent. Our assistant Alex Bell an was very helpful. He gave us ideas for places to visit, times to commute to the destinations and general advise about renting a car vs using Uber for visits to distant locations. Alex was very personable, polite, kindly, considerate and helpful.

Fronts desk personnel lack customer service. Two days at different times i tried calling front desk, room service and or anyone at all . No one answers goes to voicemail. Had to go in person to order room service at front desk. Next day same issue. Buffet is over priced for what they offer at $49.00 Usd. Heavy set front desk girl morning shift curly hair is rude

It’s important that someone at your front desk speaks English at all times. A guest like myself should not be frustrated because there was no one at the desk who speaks English when I call. Need to work on that!
