We got there at 630 pm. No one was there so we left and never stayed. If we knew check-in was by 530pm we would not have had dinner. But seeing no one at this hotel and no food service or staff there we would have had a horrible time. I’ve used hotels.com around the world with no disrespect or disappointment, you should remove this hotel. A refund would be nice.

This is a must see for solo travelers. Sports Entertainment Food Fun bar Billiards Cigars The food and the sports bar are the best, but I keep coming back for the staff. Especially Hazel. She makes me feel at home, remembers me fondly, and encourages me to join in the fun. Note: when the girls start chanting “Hey! Hey! Hey!…” Go big or Go home.

Rooms near the bar are very noisy immediately off the bar area then they have the back rooms that are much quieter 9 o’clock shuts down half the music but if you’re in the front bar, it’s still very noisy if you’re trying to sleep after 9 PM

Breakfast buffet always ready at 7am. Great sports bar. Staff is super fun. This unique boutique hotel used to be a mansion - they kept adding on. It’s like a rowdy Tico Winchester Mystery House . I suggest staying in the modern wing. Pura vida.

If you want a dirty hotel, “for hire ladies” filling the lobby and bar, dirty sheets, and a xxx rated movie playing on your tv when you turn it on….. this is the place for you. I couldn’t even put my bags down. I checked out and paid for a different hotel quickly. Unfortunately they would not honor a refund and Expedia was not willing or able to help. Stay away from this place

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything. The manager was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
