Biggest problem I had was the staff breaking the #1 rule of saying our room number out loud instead of just writing or in their case it was in an email. The only reason I didn't request a different room is because there was literally no other person anywhere. That's not safe and I didn't like it being broadcasted. The room at first glance was clean but upon inspection there was dust and smudges in several places, not terrible but then I checked the filter of the AC unit, wiped it with a tissue and it was CAKED with dust. I had to clean it because my partner has asthma and would have had an attack otherwise. The beds were decent enough, didn't cause me pain, I have back issues so this is always a concern. The breakfast was pretty good, nothing too fancy but had a good fresh variety which I always love to see. The staff was good, other than that one mistake, was friendly. The set up was very different than I'm used to. The door lock was just a code so we didnt' have to keep track of a card. Check out was strange because it was a zoom call on a kiosks, different but interesting. All in all, might stay again but will be requesting a head of time that the room is properly cleaned, especially the air con unit.

The rooms here are are super modern and REALLY cool looking, one of ours had blue LEDs in the fancy ceiling, the whole place is gorgeous. Super clean, all the staff were hella nice, I'd expect a place like this to be waaaay more than the $150ish a night we spent. We're in town a few times a year, def be trying to stay here whenever we can.

Bathroom is oddly large making room on small size. exhaust fan did not work in bathroom. Our room was on street side and could hear noise all night. My vision is limited so key code access to hotel and room was very inconvenient and difficult to manage.

If your cool with no staff on site this hotel work

Check in by computer. AI or weird live person. Computer crashes while you try to check in. Robotic person comes on screen and check you in. Polite but will ask you the same questions over and over. Key code for doors and room. So if your travel weary it can be rough. Breakfast is lame.

The service at the hotel was really good. The thermostat in our room didn't seem to work correctly, no matter what I or the front desk attendant didthe air conditioner would not blow cold. After the the room got up to 89° I called the front desk and he came up and looked at it. He was unable to get it to blow colder. He said that we could open the window, and did for us. Even after having the window open for several hours the thermostat was still reading 80°.

This is a standard three star hotel and they don't do room cleaning until you check out. During my stay for the 4 days, only one time they cleaned the room because the first day I checked in, the next morning I checked out and extended my stay for the rest 3days. I booked only one night for the first day. So when by the time I extended my stay, they cleaned it. Even after the second day I stayed there and asked for room service, they didn't do it. Please bear in mind that you really need to bear a used room for the rest days of time staying.

It was clean and had a good breakfast. The location wasnt the best and not many restaurants near by that didnt look a little runned down. Seemed to be on the edge of a rough neighborhood.

Worried about my car all night - very sketchy person rode by on a bike and stopped as I was unpacking my car - which had alot of things in it. Virtual checkin was hard and unpleasant. Very cold noisy floor. Noise road outside. Very poor breakfast. Ran out of food. Water emprt. Hard to understand how can be rated so high and cost so much for such low quality.
