The room was spacious with a nice desk for work. Furniture was slightly damaged and the room and hall carpets were worn. There was no daily service to the room (I was only there for one full day), and there was no hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful and printed out a document for me. Breakfast was good. There is an excellent gym.

This hotel is a great value for the price. It is a beautiful property with a lot of amenities. The room was a bit dated but AMAZINGLY clean and well appointed. The grounds are immaculate. We had dinner at the bar-delicious and breakfast was superb. The options for breakfast were immense and the coffee—DELICIOUS! The staff was outstanding from the time our car door was opened until we left.

The room was in good condition. The staff were helpful but found them to not answer when we called before arriving and unresponsive on the WhatsApp number they provide to use during your stay. Unfortunately the hot water was not fully operating during our stay. The gym was by far the best equipped I have seen in a hotel while travelling. I do recommend some more options at breakfast for vegans and people who have lactose intolerance.

The staff was extremely courteous and willing to assist at all times. The room itself looked a little outdated and it took a little while for the water in the tub to go down. We had it checked out, but I guess it’s just the way it is over there. The coffee shop was a plus! Location, it’s super close to the airport but if you want to go into the city, be prepared for the traffic! The breakfast buffet could use a little variety, but whatever they lacked, they made up in service, the people were so kind!

The hotel was clean and spacious . Same with the room , lots of space . Our shuttle left before breakfast but that was ok . I went and checked out the pools . I never seen no hot tub . All of the pools were cold so didn’t use . Was not there long , checked in mid evening and left early am .

Notice all the bird in the pool? Birds don’t like chlorine, but they had no trouble in the cold bird pool 🤦‍♂️

el pago de la habitacion se hizo en dos pagos, y al momento de solicitar la factura salio con un error, se mostraron los tickets de pago y recepcion les saco copia. dijeron que enviarian la factura corregida al siguiente dia feb/3/26, aun no se ha recibido la factura a mi correo luis.duarte@te.com

HOTELS.COM is to blame for this rating.. hotels.com Is an abusive large corporation that has BAD abusive policies, that would NOT allow.me to change this reaervation by 6 days, less than 30 minutes after booking.. Room was generally clean, but the overall property could use some maintenance. It was comfortable for our purpose, which was to spend the last night before leaving the country on an early flight. The water in the shower wasn't very hot and our windows looking out to the pool were dirty, but the bed was comfortable and the room service prices and quality were acceptable.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The convenient location near the airport, the low price, and the customer service was absolutely perfect. I take the bus to and from San Jose and the shuttle to the airport. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I exercise in the gymnasium on occasion and it is also perfect. The pool looks great and I will swim next time. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Check in took forever and was chaotic. Not sure if the agent helping me was training other staff or what… but kept switching between Spanish and English and leaving me standing there while she talked to other staff. Room was quite old and run down. Human hair in the bathtub that was not mine. Rusted out hole in the back of the tub. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Doors are not good sound barriers and you can hear everything from adjoining rooms and hallway in your room. Does NOT have hot tubs. They are “jacuzzi” tubs that bubble air in cold water.
