The website photos compared to the actual room we stayed in were completely different. It was like we were in an entirely different hotel. I’m not sure if some of the hotel was renovated white in the section we were in was not however it was very disappointing!

Amazing! The pool grounds were on two levels with a waterfall connecting! But if you were notbin the pool, there is no dry access to the drink bar at the pool, you have to wade thru the water.

It's a decent hotel with all amenities. Clean beds. Quiet. We had a good night sleep. The pools are beautiful but water was a little too cold for kids to stay long. Breakfast buffet is wonderful! We love the tropical fruits in addition to traditional options.

POOR SERVICE and LIARS

If you offer shuttle service from & to the airport then you should provide that with a good quality of service. I waited for the shuttle with 6 other passengers until 10:10 PM when the last pick-up of the night was 9.45 PM. The van never came. I called the hotel between 8:30 PM and 10:10 PM 26 times initially to confirm the pick which I reserved 3PM of the day FEB 4. NOBODY to answer the phone. When I reached the hotel by taxi after paying 25 dollars for a 10-minute ride, I found the two employees at the front among laughs and a good talk still not answering the phone. Before I got to reception I tried one more just to be fair. I heard the phone ringing and they still did not pick up. To make matters worse, they told me that the van was there at 9:45 PM, which was a tremendous lie. Poor service, and they don't care. AVOID this hotel

The rooms did not look like what I saw in line and booked. They did accommodate us changing rooms to have 2 queens so our daughter didn’t have to sleep in the floor.

This hotel is very worn!! The toilet leaked, the carpets were dirty and the AC was loud. The staff is very friendly and the towels were clean. I would not stay here again.

Great pool but water was freezing so we couldn’t use it! Rooms were dirty ! Even got an open water bottle that someone drank from in the room!
