In general, the Hotel is good, but I think that need en some areas maintenance and the only thing I have an observation is that some days was missing towels, drinking bottled water, cleaning room.

Be aware when booking this property that the stunning photos of the new lobby do not reflect that state of the vast majority of the space. This is a tired and dilapidated hotel. Bathroom was not clean and in disrepair. Light socket pulled out of the wall, dingy carpetting and overall a very worn-down hotel. Breakfast was over-crowded and food was lukewarm. Credit for having multiple vans to accommodate everyone who was headed out on the airport shuttle at 5am.

The pools were a little cold, besides this issue everything was fantastic.

The property was in need of maintenance and repair. Room bathroom shower did not have pressure at all. No pool towels available for 2 days. The cafe wasn’t open early enough. Food was sufficient. Staff friendly Location close to plaza and walkable. Breakfast area was accessible and hours were open earlier good for our family.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to amenities. The room was large and spacious, with a nice kitchenette and large shower with plenty of hot water. The front desk staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was very disappointing - food was cold and the options were limited even though we arrived with an hour left in the breakfast time.

The hotel staff was kind and there were options on-site to book excursions, souvenir shop, casino and restaurant. The breakfast was buffet style and it was tasty and filling. The room we got was not very clean. There was a big yellow stain on our sheets. The shower head has a lot of corrosion. The hallway ceilings had A LOT water damage and the pools were filthy. I understand being surrounded by a lot of nature that the pool would have some leaves and insects in it but it was beyond filled with this and no one ever cleaned it. Overall, it was easy to catch Ubers here and close to the airport.

The place is completely run down, dirty rugs, old bathrooms, old smell. Down the hall there was leak on and cables hanging from roof. They didn’t offer early check in, waited 5 hrs and I ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. When I told them, they didn’t seem to bother enough to care.

the good things about this hotel are the lobby and the customer service. the carpet in the hall is old and dirty and rooms are dated and look dirty. stay away.

The pros: The front of the property is the nicest part of the hotel. The pools in the back and the staff are nice aswell. The cons: The inner rooms are poorly outdated. Carpets are musty. Probably one of the most misleading ads. They also state free shuttle services. Yet they charged me 30 USD because my flight falls outside of their "free shuttle" time range. When the driver dropped us off at the airport he demanded more money because "30 is not enough". When i told him he needs to take this us with the hotel he became very upset. The rating is very misleading.

The room was very dirty. The toilet handle was broken. The lamp on the side table would go out once someone go on the bed.
