The kitchen had ants everywhere the entire week of our stay. We cleaned and sprayed lysol but they kept coming back. There’s also construction of a new building right outside, which is very loud so be aware of that if you don’t like being woken up early.

Shame on you - I had this reservation booked for almost a year and you had the nerve to cancel me at 3am on the same we were suppose to stay and then I had to scramble to get accommodations elsewhere for all my family. You should not be inThe VRBO program.

Our host met us and we were able to change out of travel clothes and hit beach while finishing cleaning/prep. Obviously, this place costs based on location, location, location -- it is close to the beach, Orozco's across street is excellent and convenient to rest of things we were doing (including short Uber to old town and then we scootered back).The unit is typical of being a little older and on the beach -- lighting a little too low, insulation from street noise not great, other dated things like bedding and bathrooms.But, again, it's the location close to the beach and good eats close by that made staying here a good sequi to the cruise we jumped on, and folks are looking forward to coming back to San Juan another time!

The apartment was beat up a bit. Bathrooms are nice. Air conditioning very good. In a very loud night life and construction zone. On a main strip where youth drive thru at night blasting music. Construction workers start pounding at 6:30 am. Property manager very nice and responsive.

Fantastic Place

We spent one night in this condo due to coming in a day early to catch a cruise ship the next day. This condo is in walking distance from numerous restaurants, bars and the ocean. There was 6 people in our group and we were very comfortable in this spacious condo.

Busy Location

Good parts and bad parts. Very close to Condado Beach. Convenient walk-up bar next door. Lively nightclub overlooking the beach - also next door. Owner was excellent at getting us a secure parking space on short notice and returning some forgotten items to one of my travel party. One of two key fobs lost signal during our stay - less than convenient. Also, did not count on the combination of traffic noise and nearby construction impacts.

Perfect Birthday/Bachelorette Get Away

The property was perfect for us 10 ladies! Right by the beach, an empanada/mojito bar and nightlife! We had more than enough room. Very beautiful and spacious. Sergio was absolutely amazing with communication! There was construction going on outside on the streets but honestly if you are a heavy sleeper and have a few mojitos- Who cares! ;-) We would love to come back next year a stay!

Condo on the strip!

We had a great time! A little confusion with the check in process, but overall had a wonderful time. If you want to be close to the beach and party at night, this is definitely the spot for you. The location reminds me of Vegas on the strip, except the fact there's a beach within steps of the property. Zesar, the property manager was amazing and he was a great help throughout our stay.

Beach Vacation

We stayed here for a vacation with a group of friends and had a great time! The location is wonderful and close to the beach. The property was clean and the photos are very accurate. The location is ideal and about a 12-15min uber to Old San Juan and a quick walk to la Placita. Communication was great with the property manager and they were responsive to all of our questions. We rented a car so we could explore El Yunque and drive around the island. Would definitely stay here again!
