Good location close to restaurants and attractions. Building is being repaired, but front of building by pool area is blocked off. Drainage pipe from city comes onto beach next to property, - on beach, but we chose to not swim swim there.

Location and View!

Top floor with a broad ocean view, excellent ac, comfy beds, full kitchen. Host nice, and flexible. Minor nits...apartment is a little dated. Construction in the pool area.

We loved the location of this property having our own pool, beach and crashing waves right outside. It just needs new cleaners and a little landlord love.

Mid winter break

The beach views, deck, pool/beach access, and 24 hr security were great. Every room had AC which was nice and its location to walkable eateries was awesome. That said the overall state of the facility and room… had seen a lot of ware and tear.Though nothing major, the list of small things added up during our week long stay. This included:-dinning room chairs 2 out of 4 were wobbly-the windows on the primary floor squeaked, and one of them didn’t move at all-the rooms themselves are small and no place to set down luggage or unpack in 2 of the rooms- both bathrooms severely lacked any counter space-lots of small paint chips, dents, scratches on the walls, kitchen, tables, etc.-the primary floor bedroom light/fan wouldn’t turn on, and the back of the remotes were missing so exposed batteries-doors didn’t close easily, and soundproofing was an issue-mismatching kitchen silverware/damaged utensils -during our stay there was lots of construction, painting, dust, leaks, etc around the building/floor as a whole-iron didn’t work If you’re like us and enjoy having a bit of downtime in the room between your San Juan adventures, know that the couches are small, the floor is tiled, and seats are sparce
