nice apartment

This is a very nicely remodeled spacious apartment in the lower level of a home in a very nice neighborhood. The owners have a dipping pool on site that is great for relaxing in after a busy day.

could have been better

a pool was advertised, us not knowing it was a shared pool with the owners of the property. a washer and dryer was advertised, the owner said he didn’t write that the property had a washer and dryer, but if he didn’t do it, who did? the property was as advertised as the photos, but we also had a small flood once it rained and i feel as if we could have been warned about that. owner was a nice man, just some things could have been explained to us beforehand about the property.

Great Host and Great Pool

We had a fabulous time staying here. The host was very responsive to all our requests. We absolutely loved swimming in the heated pool in the backyard. The place was very clean and as described. It is an easy drive to the beach, the kiosks (food restaurants) and El Yunque rainforest from here. One of us slept in the bed and the other slept on the futon. I would definitely recommend staying in this place.

Hidden Gem!

6/4/23-6/10/23 I was very impressed with this property my husband and I stayed. Louis and Carmen are the hosts of the property and they greet you when you arrive. Well lit safe gated community with top notch security. The apartment is perfect pictures are precise. Property has a pool/ jacuzzi outside the apartment but you also have a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and exercise equipment along with full shower facilities. You have breathtaking views lots of things to do in that immediate vicinity. Host will give you suggestions on attractions, beaches and night life. You will not be disappointed in your stay and well worth the money. I will visit this property again and I give them a rating of 5 stars. (BETTER THEN A HOTEL) Louis and Carman GOD BLESS YOU! A small piece of paradise

We had a marvelous stay with Luis and Carmen. Lovely large well designed apartment. Excellent location convenient to everything in Luquillo and Fajardo. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. We recommend this property highly.

Relaxation time

We got exactly what we wanted from this stay. It was a nice place that was so relaxing in a gated community. Its minutes from the beaches and food spots and when you want to stay in the heated pool makes for prime relaxation. The host were amazing and extremely hospitible. We would definitely recommend this place.
