This place has the best of all worlds because it is in the city but surrounded by nature. Beautiful house located on large rustic property. Modern yet practical; very homey and relaxing. Enjoy the stunning views and sunsets from a large landscaped yard and dive into the large salt water pool. Free internet and live streaming. A great spot for a romantic getaway or for small families that are looking for a peaceful relaxing stay. Perfect for photo shooting. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Minutes to Old San Juan and main Airport. Located in the Metropolitan area and close to major attractions, sightseeing and some of the best beaches.

The house is very spacious and is fully air-conditioned and equipped; all you need is to bring your clothes. It can accommodate four people comfortably in its two cozy air conditioned bedrooms / two bathrooms. There are other beds in common area that can accommodate three more people at an extra charge. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, TV and free wifi among many more amenities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a large TV.

For additional guests (at a charge) there is a queen sofa bed for two in the living room in an open concept setting with dining room and kitchen. There is also a full size bed in the family room. The house has washer and dryer, out door shower and gorgeous inground pool. The lake is not intended for swimming. The yard is very large with individual sitting and relaxing areas. The entire yard is fenced in for safety and privacy. However you have open access to the lake for fishing or relaxing.

Beach towels, linens, beach umbrella and chairs, barbecue are available among other amenities.

I allow at least 24 hours in between guests for the entire disinfection and cleaning of the house.

I do live on the property in a separate apartment with our private entrance that does not interfere with your privacy. You will have the entire home, pool and yard for yourself.

The house is in a residential area on a cul-de-sac (dead end street). Parking is restricted to no more than two vehicles. The street is very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves.

Children are allowed with strict supervision of parents.

Levittown is a very vibrant town in the city of Toa Baja. This town has many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and much more. Because It is centrally located between the touristic cities of San Juan and Dorado, major attractions and activities are within 15 min or less. Ten minutes to the largest Shopping Mall in the Caribbean: Plaza Las Americas Mall. Even closer is Rio Hondo and Plaza del Sol Shopping malls.

There is night life almost every night especially on weekends. The local food is exquisite, There are many top rated restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal. Please take the time to visit the best bakeries in town, that attract people from all over the island and abroad.

Close to top touristic areas like, Old San Juan, Bacardi Plant, El Condado, The Science Park, Gulfing, Prestine Beaches and more.
