Big space, okay street, but close enough to main streets in Condado. My main issue is wifi outage, front door broken, lack of front desk/difficulty coordination of handy man, leak in kitchen sink, and leak in bedroom. Customer service was very accommodating however for the price paid I expected better conditions.

I like the location being close to airport, old San Juan, and right next to the beach. The property has the vibes of Puerto Rico, not anything like a boring hotel room. Excellent customer service. No complaints

The fridge leaked inside, the stovetop area was too small so it made it hard to use both burners at the same time because the pots & pans would turn off the stove & need new pans.it would also be nice to add some screens to the sliding door to get some air flow without inviting the mosquitos in.other than that it was really nice.

This was by far my favorite hotel Iā€™ve ever stayed at. Between the modern features, the tub outdoors, self check in, the thank you giftā€¦ I canā€™t brag enough about this property. The rooms were clean, the AC was cold, food options were plenty in walking distance. Rides to Old San Juan were cheap. They provided beach towels that were good quality. I highly recommend this boutique style hotel.. I plan on staying here and other DW properties very soon!
