the rooms and bathrooms were dirty at check in, we requested house keeping and when we came back from the activity of the day the rooms were still dirty. we never got clean towels until we requested them....the room next to us had loud music playing from morning to late nights and the hotel did nothing about it even though we had a toodler teying to sleep at night.

Cuando llegamos la muchacha en el front desk fue muy antipática, no tenia modales profesional, nos cobraron hasta el parqueo. La habitación se estaba cayendo en piesas, los vecinos de al lado haciendo escandalo la noche entera y hasta tuvimos que llamar seguirida. Todos los ruidos del pasillo se podia escuchar adentro de la habitación, no pudimos dormir nada esa noche. No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel, es pura porquería. Y parece que nos dieron el peor cuarto del hotel entero.
