This hotel was amazing, the air conditioner worked amazing, the little porch with a great scenic view. 10/10 the staff made it so comfortable, so warm and welcoming. Location is 11/10, walked through old San Juan and went to about 4-5 different islands and beaches through an Uber. If you stay here parking is limited so rent a car and put in parking garage or a lot or Uber. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a short or long extended time. The best staff!!

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Check in/out is a challenge as there is no where to park to load/unload. Parking was 6 blocks away. We got a room with no windows. My wife was bummed. Our friends had a huge room with doors that opened to the street below. Amazing...but they hated it! Up all night due to street noise and people being people at 2am. We slept well in our room. No coffeemakers in the room. No coffee in the lobby. But, great coffee shops close by. Nice hotel, very clean. Bed was very comfortable...

What a pleasant stay... The staff from front desk to the management were so excellent. The rooms are modern and beautiful. Comfy bed, nice side bathroom for being in old San Juan that usually because of the colonial style is difficult to find a nice a comfortable bathroom. This property is a plus and is close to so many good restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Perfect spot to explore Old San Juan. Highly recommend

Simple but luxurious. The hotel and rooms are immaculately cleaned. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff assisted with every question we had and helped point out great local places to eat. The area was a bit loud at times but to be expected given the location and narrow streets. Had a great time for a quick visit to PR it was a perfect location for those interested in history and culture.

Really beautiful hotel. Definitely get a room with a balcony because the basic rooms have no window and you will feel somewhat caved in. Also, tv does not have anything other than YouTube.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and other hotels and there was a nice park across the street where you could purchase breakfast items and coffee. There is no restaurant at the hotel. The rooms were small, had no windows and lacked inexpensive items, i.e., a small bar of soap, as an example. Further, the shower was tight and had no small shelf in it to place your own bar of soap as you showered. Towels and washcloths were clean and the overall hotel was well kept. We were staying there for 1 night but based on the accommodations, I would not recommend for more than that. One other good thing is the hotel has a working elevator which is a convenience for hauling suitcases.
