Staff was friendly and great location, but... The rooms are so tiny that my wife and I had to take turns getting dressed. There is only 2 feet of clearance on both sides of bed and only 3 feet between foot of bed and wall. The bathroom is sufficient size. There is not a window in the room. My wife inquired at the front desk about getting a larger room with a window. She was told that only the 3 suites are larger and have a window and they were fully booked. The only fire escape is front entrance. In a very old building with no windows, in a cramped space, that is a very eerie feeling. The picture of the tables with hanging lights overlooking the ocean is at a street restaurant a couple of blocks away, not at the hotel. The other photos on the site are pics of the suites, not the regular rooms. The other guests we spoke to also said that they felt deceived by the photos and description.
