This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Pictures are not accurate at all. Everything is run down or broken. I’m not sure if the room is filled with mold or if it is the AC unit that barely works but by the end of the trip my boyfriend was so sick that he was coughing up blood. Broken toilet seat. The ac unit kept leaking water all over the floor. No hot water. We barely slept due to the air quality. The window to the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open. I called desk twice to ask about getting the window opened for some airflow and went to the office 4 times. Finally the 4th time I went to the office and asked, she informed me the window to my room was broken and we couldn’t open it. I asked about changing rooms so we could at least get some fresh air and the women at the desk told me to come back later. I did, and no result. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I’d rather stay outside in a tent.

Room was clean, so was property , however there are few things that people should be aware of: room is very small and may not be sufficient for two people. There is no place to hang your cloths or put your stuff. The beach is not conveniently accessible . You have to take a long bridge with a lot of steps to cross over wide highway . Breakfast is very basic , same every day . The staff is very nice , pool is small but clean and nice with bar next to it.

Room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The property was really nice and we couldn't hear road noise. There were a few negatives about our stay, the room space was tight. We had a king room there was little space around the bed and no space to put luggage or hang clothes. We were stepping over our bags to get to the bed. It was fine for one night. Our room was right next to the pool and we were woken up by late night partying. We only had hot water for 1 shower. I had hot water but my husband didn't and the next morning the water was cold. I would stay here again but request a room away from the pool and get a suite room. I would hope the hot water was a fluke

I didn’t like the shower not having a curtain or a doorway to it. The water was luke warm, so it was cold taking a shower. I also didn’t like that I could hear the slightest noises through the door, very thin.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly! While we were there, the water was out for two days. Something about the cistern pump being out. They were going to give us a refund, then extra Wyndham points. None of this has happened! I will be back to let you know if we hear from them!

Staff was awesome. Good location. Clean place. Melysa Malo, the receptionist was an exceptional host. She gave us great places to visit and when she noticed my wife was limping from a sprained ankle she brought her an ice pack by the pool. Restaurant at hotel was 4 stars. Great food.

Not great. We decided to book this hotel because it’s 5 minutes from the airport basically. Note it is NOT on the beach it’s across a highway from the beach. Check in was great, we were taken on a tour and taken to our room. Room was very small, but that is fine, we were only there for two nights. The room was definitely put together with glue and gum it seemed. Exposed wires from the lights hanging in the bathroom, the light switch looked like it was about to come off in the bathroom, literally I can see a hole behind it. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. The bed seemed like if we moved to hard on it, that the mattress would fall through. The walls and doors are basically like paper. You hear EVERYTHING from the outside. The staff at the bar and restaurant not great. The bartender outside seemed overwhelmed with the 4 people at the bar. We asked for a bottle of wine that was on the outdoor bar menu and he told us to go inside for it. We went inside and were told they didn’t have it and showed us basically every wine that wasn’t cheaper than $70. We said okay fine and got a bottle and the bartender said to basically go outside and drink it. They didn’t even want us sitting at the bar inside. Meanwhile, there was still people in the restaurant and another woman came and sat at the bar. We decided to not chance it and we ordered food delivery to the hotel instead of getting the wrong food outside at the bar.

Cute and functional hotel. Super close to the freeway, so it’s a little loud. Rooms are minimalist but had everything we needed. Pillows were the only major complaint. They were soooo uncomfortable.

I have to say the hotel is very cute and clean staff were excellent management not so much we went to the reception desk 6 times to ask to extend our stay and no one was staffing it. Called on the phone and it went to a full voicemail. Finally got a manager on the phone and he was rude and said he would call back but did not. Asked for a receipt and still have not received via email checked spam and told the woman at the desk
