The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean and the staff are super nice. I went for a 3 night stay with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Let’s start from the room, it’s small and it doesn’t have cabinets or closet for you to put in your close. I mean not even 1 drawer, so u have to keep your clothes in the luggage and in the floor. The pool area has a bar that’s only open from 1pm to 9:30pm and prices on drinks are not bad they are reasonable. The only bad thing is that there’s always only 1 person so if it’s busy you will have to wait a while to get your order. They breakfast which is the only thing included, it’s in the bar are in front of the pool from 7:30am to 10am. They put apples, oranges, yogurt, croissants, bagels, ham, cheese, granola bars, coffe, water, peanut butter, jelly, butter and Nutella. They don’t have a little store for you to buy things like Toothpaste, toothbrush, Advil or things like that. I had a headache and I had to take an uber to the closes supermarket which thank god it’s 8 minutes away from the hotel. I recommend you to go there, it’s 24 hours open and buy snacks, drinks and everything you believe you might need. To go to the beach you have to cross a bridge to the other size of the road, when you get to the beach they have umbrellas and chairs there for free for the hotel clients. Sundays at the hotel they have painting and sip at 10:30am and Wednesday, movies under the starts at 7:30 pm with free popcorn.

Our experience at Hotel Bali in Puerto Rico was far from what we expected. While the location seemed promising, several issues made our stay disappointing. First, the lack of customer service was frustrating. The staff was not particularly helpful, and when we had concerns, we were constantly passed around with no real resolution. Management was completely absent, making it difficult to address even the simplest issues. One of the biggest surprises was that washcloths are not provided, yet this is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website or booking platforms. Had we known, we would have brought our own, but it was frustrating to arrive and find out we needed to find an alternative. The room itself was also missing some basic amenities, such as a full-length mirror, which made getting ready inconvenient. But the most concerning issue was the lack of cleanliness—we found hair in our bed upon arrival, and the sheets had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood. This was unsettling, and despite bringing it to the staff’s attention, nothing was done to address it. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. With better communication, cleanliness, and customer service, this hotel could be a much better option. Unfortunately, as it stands, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Absolutely love this place. It’s nicely decorated and clean. It’s literally a 4 minute walk to the beach and you even get free chairs and umbrella’s. Ivy was such a big help and was so kindhearted. Will highly recommend this place if you want to be around the beach and restaurants! Definitely would book again💚

It’s pretty, but the rooms I stayed in was very dark and humid. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was full of mold. The tables weren’t cleaned so I hope my sheets were? What worried me the most was the lack of ventilation in the room with all of the humidity. Breakfast was very basic- bagel, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Nothing really fresh. Service was good. Place is cute but it feels like putting lipstick on a pig.

Overall, this was a great stay for the price we paid. Really enjoyed the pool and bar (happy hour) and it was very close to the beach. Breakfast was good. The facility in general was nice. It was cute that they had some activities planned like Paint & Sip and Movie Night. Only complaints are sometimes it’s hard to get a Uber from the location and service was at times slow. However, we would definitely return and recommend staying here.

The decor and construction of the hotel was beautiful, they did a very good job. The breakfast that was included I wasn’t very impressed by as it just seemed like little snacks to eat. The staff was nice but I hope the cleaning people didn’t go through our luggage when we were away from our rooms. But overall a hotel I would go back to in San Juan

Property looks was 10/10 staff 10/10 But the rooms was very small with no where to put your suit cases or bags, everything had to be put on the floor. And the shower was a little odd because it didn’t have a door I understand the aesthetic but the convenience of it wasn’t too good water would be all over the bathroom floor. Oh and the WiFi was horrible but definitely could just be the location. Overall it was an ok property:)
