I have stayed at the La Mancha a few times prior, the apt was clean, organized...the host was superb, stock with theessential items needed for the stay, i was blown away because there was a Airfryer, washer/dryer in the apt, tv's in living rm an bedrm, great shower, ...the host always responded to any questions i had...i was very pleased with my stayWe visit most of the restaurants in the area , went to Old San Juan a couple of times, love the grocery store w/in walking distance, went to a few Mall's I have been to San Juan several times an love it, people are truly friendly there is so much to do an places to see

Mark the host was very responsive and nice, I was able to check in earlier. Apartment was at a great area in isla verde, very clean, smelled great and place looks just like its pics. The pool was excellent, Beach was walking distance. There were beach chairs, cooler and the machine/dryer was a plus. I would recommend to family and friends and would book again with Mark.

Stay was outstanding. Mark was beyond available and accomodating! Condo was spotless and as described. Property was gated and unit was located on 2nd floor (elevator). Bed was super comfy and condo had everything I needed for stay (especially warm water). Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood was amazing. Near beaches, main attractions, PR restaurants, dancing, museums, etc. Pool was nice, especially after a day at beach. Parking spot was definitely a plus!

Great Location!

This property is located around the corner from the beach. Right behind The San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta where the nightlife is fantastic and they're restaurants all over the place, everything within walking distance. Kitchen was fully equipped, even a new blender that I had requested before hand. The bedrm was super comfortable. Property also provided us with all the essentials, beach chairs and cooler. Host was very communicative and I would Definitely recommend this place and will come back to stay here again!

Recomiendo 100% este apartamento, si ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto, del viejo San Juan y de todo en general, es un área segura y tranquila, con muchos restaurantes cerca que puedes ir caminando; la atención por parte del personal de seguridad fue buena durante mis 5 días, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, tiene una cocina equipada con lo necesario por si quieren cocinar, también cuentan con lavadora y secadora que es algo muy útil y Mark también fue un excelente anfitrión dispuesto a colaborar en lo que fuese necesario, es decir que pudieran elegir este lugar con confianza!!!
