8th floor in secure, remodeled building. Unobstructed, beautiful views above the palm trees. Can’t beat the convenient location with everything you need from Walgreens, to restaurants and beach bars, to umbrella a beach chair rental, and rental cars all within a two minute walk! Host was Very quick to respond when messaged.

We had a wonderful stay at Marbella Oeste! Our host Beatrice has been great and attentive to anything we needed. This is the second year we’ve stayed here. The beachfront location is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. Plenty of good restaurants are nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed a few of them! The bus stops right in front of the complex and is an easy ride to Old San Juan—so convenient!We will definitely be back! Our thanks for a great getaway!

Just a few things to mention: Washer bottom is rotting, I cut my finger on dryer handle that is a hazard since there is no handle just metal and bathroom cabinet needs updating bottom wood pieces rotted. Front main door need to slam to close and hard to lock sliding doors., I slept two days not being able to lock. The unit was clean and host fixed issue with blender immediately. The view was priceless. I would go back again and rent from this host very responsive! Clean and overall nice! Bed was very comfortable, air conditioners were great, tv’s worked great so in other words it was a very nice unit!

Lovely location right on the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location could not be better. It's right on the beach and also central to so many things to do in metro San Juan. We spent so much time out on the balcony watching the ocean. Beatrice was very organized sending us check-in info and kept in touch once we got there. The condo was clean and comfortable. We hope we can stay again!

1st time in PR with a wonderful view

Our favorite part was the view from the balcony! It was a quiet area with very nice and helpful property workers. We walked a lot to the businesses close by. We also liked how there was toys & toiletries left by previous guests if we wanted to use them!

This was our second time to stay at Marabella. First time with Beatrice and her hospitality was great! View is Amazing! Everything you need is on the strip behind the condo. We walked and ubered. Felt completely safe and everyone was super friendly. We’ll be back for #3.

First Time at Marbella

An excellent 8th floor room with a fantastic balcony view of the beach. We didn't have a car, but taxies and Ubers pick up right at the front door of the building lobby. Also quick & easy access to the beach. Owner provided beach chairs. In-room washer & dryer is a big benefit. So is keyless room entry.

Great Condo building & location

This is our 3rd year staying in the Mirabella del Caribe building. We like the west building the best. This condo was really nice - really liked the kitchen set up and having a washer/dryer in the unit. The view was great from the bedroom and balcony, and it was nice having a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The area is easy to get around without a car and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. And we love the casino at the Fairmont / ESJ!

Would do it again!

The view!! Being able to see the sunrise and sunset was the highlight of my trip! Having my cup of coffee on the balcony and admiring the view was so relaxing. A few bumps initially but management and owner addressed immediately! Would definitely recommend and probably book again in the near future. Thank you Beatrice!!

This was a great spot! Close to everything and fantastic beach. We were so impressed that the city was cleaning up all the beaches every morning. Id say that adding a safe and extra towels for the beach, and also for cleaning, would be appreciated. The roll away bed was also very nice for our 7 year old. It was comfortable and clean. The area was perfect. It was our first time using uber and it was great! Very user friendly anywhere you are.

Great view

The property was clean. Check in was a little difficult. (Getting into the gate the first time)Location: you’re close to good restaurants and dance clubs if you’re into that. There was a unit down from us playing ridiculous loud music all night and into the morning. That was frustrating. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
