I loved the modern, spacious design of the suites — it truly felt like a home away from home with all the upscale touches. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely a highlight, offering gorgeous city and ocean views, perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying the lively atmosphere in the evening. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What was unique about this property was the blend of comfort and luxury — from the stylish décor to the thoughtful amenities, everything felt very well curated. The location was also convenient, close to Old San Juan and other attractions while still feeling private and relaxing. The only downside was that parking can be a little tight, but the overall experience more than made up for it.

As soon I booked the hotel I received a welcome message from them. I was able to checking online with not problem. There is a 24/7 front desk service. I received my complimentary breakfast which I was very pleased. The breakfast service was excellent and the food was delicious. The free parking is a plus. I feel save walking around, during the day.

Miguel the manager and Angie front desk service are amazing, thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Can't wait to come again and stay at this hotel they are near by to restaurants, 12 mins from the mall La Plaza that carries everything and 15 mins from old San Juan. You would love to stay here!

went on a girls trip, just me and my best friend and was safe. front staff were really nice & welcoming. room was very spacious, had really cool A/C, big clean bathroom, and even left us drinks and snacks in our fridge. We had a 3 bedroom suite. It was spacious, rooms was nice, views was good, full kitchen. The option for breakfast came in handy just need to have 2 or 3 more options for sure! Staff A1!!! They were great w/ anything I asked. Yes there is a popular rooftop here, people come that isn’t staying at hotel. It does take a long time to get your food, so definitely come with the vibes to not let that get to you. They do be on the more dressy side when they come up there. We never was though. The prices are on the high side too. My only complaint is do not order room service online. The restaurant doesn’t actually get the orders on their side. It was a mess but I did end up getting my food 2 1/2 hours later.
