Area of hotel is great and Eddy was great, very responsive and kind However hotel is not good if you need to spend more then 1 night, 2 nights max! Rundown, no microwave, or working fridge. Cleaning staff came, however didn’t clean or even make bed, just took garbage out, and they left my room door open which stayed open from morning until i got back late at night. Thankfully nothing was taken however i didn’t leave anything in tje room because i believe they had bedbugs since I got eaten up. I was supposed to stay in hotel 3 nights , i stayed 2. Im still home terrified, washing and checking everything.

You pay for what you get at this hotel. The rooms are small but the location is great. This hotel requires you to sign a card stating they are not held responsible for lost or stolen items yet you HAVE to pay $2 per day for a safe in a closet you can’t even open because the bed is too close to the door. I had my sunglasses stolen from my room and I can only assume that the housekeeper took them. Unfortunately this place refuses to do anything and didn’t even offer an apology. Unreal. I will never come back to this place. Spend more money and stay at a place that doesn’t take from you.

Not happy

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn’t in good condition. The mini fridge didn’t work. We had to buy a cooler (I will say, they had an ice machine). Windows in the room didn’t close all the way handle broken also same in the bathroom. Closet door wouldn’t open because rug blocked it. Only 3 pillows. In order to get clean towels we had to give back the ones we had. Room didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Very mediocre cleaning. Water pressure not great and toilet almost overflowed.

I enjoy the boutique hotels, i.e. not the big corporate hotels. The hotel is a traditional style building in a great location!! Super friendly & helpful staff who got our room ready early without advance notice. Great outdoor courtyard area to relax!

I had an extended wait for check in while the front desk attendant was checking in guests at a sister property. My room was located in a satellite building at the back of the property which required carrying my heavy suitcases up & down 11 concrete steps without a hand railing. As a single, female traveller, the hotel seemed safe and was very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Other than a clogged bathroom sink, I have no complaints at all. Very helpful staff and nice front desk. Directly across the street from multiple restaurants. Location of hotel makes everything walkable also.
