having someone at the desk just about all the time was super helpful. The check-in went super smoothly. The rooms were very nice. They made sure that you constantly had fresh clean towels and housekeeping daily. I would definitely book here again!! also, being right by the beach and all those restaurants makes this place just about the perfect booking.

The front desk lady Ana was very helpful and recommended the best beaches and food places to check out in the area. There was a pantry area where we were able to get drinking water. The hotel is in a nice central location with lots of food places nearby and very close to old San Juan. We had access to pools nearby as well.
