Rooms were good and spacious. Staff were nice but not as attentive as I was used to. The bar/lobby had a good vibe. The hotel’s building structure felt a little far from where the food/pool/lobby was. Liked the options of different food spots. Rideshare was a little strange, Ubers were allowed to come up to the front lobby but Lyfts weren’t for some reason.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious room. I could sea the beach from my balcony and was very nice. Staff were courteous and helpful. Very accessible, quiet beach, nice pool with beach view. Has a Starbucks in the lobby and you can get to many delicious restaurants walking or in a quick ride-share or taxi.

The natural beauty of the area near the hotel is amazing. The beach is great for swimming and snokeling. Plenty of beautiful small crabs. Many birds. The greenery of the tropical vegetation, the smooth, clean sand. A very well trained, corteous staff

The staff and amenities were great. The ocean view was amazing. All of the restaurants on property were excellent.

The only thing that wasn’t excellent was the shower, the water never was warmer than Luke warm.

Great location to the airport and an easy uber ride to old San Juan. The staff were very friendly and great food options on the resort property. The beach was quiet and plenty of chairs by the pool and beach for everyone.
