We had a good stay, I had 2 rooms reserved. One room had leftover food in the fridge. Both rooms were clean but the carpets and decor are in need of updating. Also both fridges had issues with freezing up, even though they were set to the lowest setting. Overall our stay was good but I expected better from the Hilton brand.

Clean room, nice and calm beach. Staff is ok. Food is good too. But if you like a nice and warm shower, you might get disappointed, the shower isn't warm, and they said they would send someone to fix the issue, but nobody came. Overall is a nice hotel.

Great place, only a short Uber ride from SJU. The lobby was stunning and the pool and beach were great fun. Some nice activities for us to join each day, a small gym for a morning workout, and the staff/service was so nice and pleasant. The room was a bit basic but expected from an older building, and we did get charged a daily rate above what we paid on Hotels.com. I loved seeing all the old pictures of the building's construction from the 1950's and happy to have stayed at 'the home of the pina colada'. And a Morton's attached to the lobby was a nice surprise for a great meal on 'get away day'. Overall a nice experience.

the carpet was dirty and the bathroom door plan was broken, not worth the money, we booked oceanview but they gave side view of the building and partial ocean view, balcony was right above the huge HVAC units and it was too loud noise.

Despite some hiccups at check-in, we had an overall amazing experience. The private beach, our room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and the fine restaurants all added to our delight! The rooms could use a slight face lift, but I suppose it’s okay given the age of the building!

There was a nasty festering hole/leak in our hallway. It stunk, dripping all over the carpet and the “fix” was a mat under it… that was rarely changed. Security was obsessed with speakers- stating music was provided. It’s not. The few times it was playing half the ground speakers are broken. Occasionally a bartender brought one and played there own. No pool entertainment. No access to beach at night.

The room was definitely clean and all Caribe employees were very nice and helpful. The pool, beach and amenities were lovely.

Rooms are dated. It was very dusty and minimal cleaned when we got in the room. Called the front desk, they stated they were fully booked and I couldn’t be moved. Literally pleaded with them the next day for a thorough clean. Went to the pool most of my stay and on night 3, my phone disappeared. Checked out early the next day as a result, since I felt like my security issue wasn’t taken promptly or any resolve and or guarantee to help was being place. I am a Hilton honors member and have stayed at many Hilton hotels. The staff at this location, particularly room service, towel stations and pool areas are the most rewarding, everywhere else especially dinning offered poor service.
