Our first room did not have hot water, so we were moved to another one. Unfortunately, the safe in the new room was not working, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. I have to mention that one of the house keepers Roxana was excellent, very friendly.

Properly was good. Pool closed to early with no access to the beach through resort after pool was closed. Most pools are 24 hours in other hotels, if not at least you are able to walk the beach.
