I haven’t been to PR since the age of 12 yrs old. Being now 31 this has to be the most comfortable and well maintained hotel I’ve seen even compared to the US. This place perfected the vibe for me being back on the island after such a long time. Anna was super sweet and attentive of all my questions and concerns. Such a blessing to have found a tranquil stay especially being in the middle of San Juan

Honestly, My room was very clean and well kept. The external image of the facility upon arrival was not what I was expecting, it was very safe and secure as you needed a key to enter the premises. Housekeeping brought towels daily. I would certainly stay there again if I had to.

After a terrible experience at a previous hotel, we moved to this one, and it was a complete relief. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spotless with perfect air conditioning. We felt so safe and comfortable here, and the whole experience was just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was helpful. Only thing is there are no safes in the room. Could have more hangers too. Other than that it had coffee and just ask the front desk for an iron. There are fresh towels and it’s a block away from beach and close to all the restaurants. You have access to use the pool and hot tub at the other facilities.

This place was truly like a home from home. The staff was very helpful and quick to assist. The beach is a simply walk, as well as restaurants and convenience stores like Walgreens and CVS about a block or so away. Air conditioner was perfect for the weather. Nice walk in bathroom. TV with all apps needed for the night. Short and affordable ride to San Juan airport and old San Juan. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!!
